MALE ALIEN

The Male Alien, also known as an alien ghoul or corporate alien, is the primary humanoid antagonist species from John Carpenter's 1988 satirical sci-fi cult classic film They Live. Disguised as wealthy upper-class citizens, authority figures, and police officers, their true ghastly, skull-like form is revealed only through specialized sunglasses. They secretly control Earth through subliminal messaging hidden throughout mass media to enforce consumer compliance.
