JIGSAW (BILLY THE PUPPET)

In NECA's Toony Terrors lineup, Jigsaw (John Kramer) and Billy the Puppet are reimagined in a 6-inch scale featuring a stylized, Saturday-morning-cartoon aesthetic. Released as an official boxed set two-pack in May 2023, the figures bring the iconic black-and-red hooded robe and Billy's signature rolling tricycle into an animated visual format.
