LYDIA DEETZ

Lydia Deetz is a fictional gothic pop-culture icon created for Tim Burton's 1988 film Beetlejuice, originally portrayed by Winona Ryder. Known for her affinity for the supernatural and her self-described 'strange and unusual' nature, she serves as the primary living human tied to the chaotic bio-exorcist Beetlejuice. Her story spans feature films, an animated television series, a Broadway musical adaptation, and fashion doll collectibles.
