HANK MACLEAN

Hank MacLean is a central antagonist in the Fallout television series, portrayed by Kyle MacLachlan. Initially depicted as the benevolent Overseer of Vault 33 and a loving father, he is eventually exposed as a pre-War Vault-Tec executive and Enclave agent willing to commit catastrophic acts to preserve Vault-Tec's vision.
