MaterialePlasticMaterialePlasticIG-11, the Nevarro Marshal, comes to life in this figure from Hasbro's Star Wars: The Vintage Collection. A collectible classic that captures the essence of the character with the line's iconic precision, ready to earn its place of honor alongside the other stars of the saga.
Scene
This figure captures IG-11 in his role as the Nevarro Marshal, as seen in The Mandalorian series. The action focuses on the moment when the reprogrammed droid rises as a defender of Grogu and the bounty hunters, embodying his loyalty to the new companions in one of the narrative's most intense scenes.
Character
IG-11's true narrative weight lies in his radical transformation: from a lethal assassin droid built by Holowan Mechanicals and operating as a bounty hunter during the New Republic era, to a protective guardian. His arc culminates when, after being captured and destroyed, he is meticulously repaired and reprogrammed by Kuiil, the Ugnaught smuggler, receiving a new personality guided by a single, vital directive: "nurture and protect." This redemption journey makes him one of the galaxy's most unique mechanical characters, defining his essence not as a weapon, but as a figure of absolute devotion to his charge.
Why collect it
For collectors seeking the perfect balance between historical fidelity and visual impact, this release from Star Wars: The Vintage Collection is a fundamental piece. The 3.75‑inch format, iconic for its Kenner authenticity, allows for precise recreation of the original proportions from the 1970s, offering a density of detail that is appreciated up close. IG-11’s presence in this line is not just a tribute to a secondary character but an opportunity to own a piece that captures the essence of the new era of Star Wars with the same artisanal care reserved for classic legends. A safe investment for those wanting to complete their showcase with figures that tell the story through scale and design.
