MaterialePlasticMaterialePlasticTwo 15 cm figures from the Marvel Legends Series that capture the essence of the Avengers era: Red Guardian and Melina Vostokoff. A compact duo ready for your display, combining Soviet iconography with the appeal of the 6‑inch Hasbro line.
Scene
The figures recreate the look of Alexei Shostakov and Melina Vostokoff as they appear in the film Black Widow (2021), wearing their distinctive red and white tactical suits of the Marvel Cinematic Universe.
Character
The value of this pair lies in its narrative function: they are not mere supporting characters, but pillars of a “family” created for espionage needs. Alexei Shostakov and Melina Vostokoff, together with Natasha and Yelena, operated as a cover cell in the United States, a fabricated identity born to protect the mission and unexpectedly evolving into a real emotional bond. Their arc culminates in Black Widow, where the reunion is not only tactical but emotional, aimed at destroying the dreaded Red Room. For the collector, owning these figures means acquiring the keystone to recreate the dynamics of this family core, turning a mere hero showcase into a visual narrative of their story and sacrifice.
Why Collect
For a collector, this duo represents far more than two 15 cm figures: it is the key to completing the visual narrative of the Natasha Romanoff saga. Though Red Guardian and Melina are not the MCU’s absolute protagonists, their presence in a line like Marvel Legends elevates them to indispensable showcase elements for anyone seeking to faithfully reconstruct the secondary character ecosystem of Black Widow. Their value lies in the ability to embody a unique family dynamic, offering a tangible touchpoint with the espionage origins of the Marvel Cinematic Universe. Owning them is not just acquiring two action figures but preserving a fragment of history that links the Soviet era to the Avengers era, deepening and narratively enriching the collection.
