MaterialePlasticMaterialePlasticThe Marvel Legends Series line welcomes Nakia in a new incarnation from Black Panther: Wakanda Forever, accompanied by the Build‑A‑Figure accessory of Attuma. This 6‑inch (1:12 scale) figure captures the essence of the character in its peak narrative intensity, offering collectors a precise entry point faithful to the Marvel cinematic universe.
The Scene
The figure captures the moment when Nakia dons her iconic Wakandan warrior armor, characterized by red and silver tones, while wielding her trusty ringed blades. This appearance faithfully mirrors the character's look as shown in the film Black Panther: Wakanda Forever (2022), delivering the intensity and distinctive style of her combat.
The Character
Nakia is not merely a Wakandan ally but the moral and strategic heart of the global resistance in the Black Panther saga. Former member of the Dogs of War, her dedication to protecting the oppressed worldwide sets her apart from national boundaries, positioning her as a figure of independence and absolute integrity. Portrayed by Lupita Nyong'o, her narrative arc unfolds through covert operations and direct interventions, such as the rescue sequences in Nigeria, demonstrating a sharp tactical mind and unstoppable determination. For collectors, understanding this narrative weight transforms the figure from a simple accessory into a fundamental piece: Nakia bridges Wakanda’s isolationist nation with its universal mission, making her indispensable for those seeking to recreate the dynamic balance of the hero group alongside T'Challa, Shuri, and Okoye.
Why Collect It
This edition of the Marvel Legends Series is a key piece for completing the visual narrative of Black Panther: Wakanda Forever. The inclusion of Attuma’s Build‑A‑Figure accessory elevates the value of the piece, turning it from a mere display figurine into a key item for collectors aiming for line completeness. With its standard 6‑inch scale, the figure meshes seamlessly with the rest of the Marvel collection, offering an ideal balance of sculptural detail. It’s the type of piece that, once placed in a showcase, instantly captures attention for its cinematic relevance and fidelity to the film version, making it a smart investment for those who appreciate the authenticity of Hasbro editions.
