MaterialeABS PlasticMaterialeABS PlasticThe legend of Gambit takes a lethal turn in the Marvel Zombies line, featuring the Funko POP! #321. This vinyl version captures the darker, insatiable side of the mutant, turned into an insatiable predator. A must for collectors looking to expand their Marvel collection with a touch of iconic horror.
The scene
In this appearance, Gambit is presented in his most terrifying form: transformed into a zombie with rotting flesh and exposed ribs. The figure faithfully captures the character's iconic look as described in the comic series Marvel Zombies (2005), complete with his signature cane.
The character
In the apocalyptic multiverse of Marvel Zombies (Earth-2149), Remy LeBeau's narrative arc undergoes a radical metamorphosis: the charismatic charm of the Cajun thief and his ability to manipulate kinetic energy are corrupted by an insatiable appetite for living flesh. This variant is not merely a costume change, but marks the moment the X‑Men's most beloved mutant becomes a deadly threat, while retaining his playing cards and the iconic 90s coat as tools of destruction. His role in the saga, culminating in the siege of Latveria and the clash against Silver Surfer, embodies the perfect blend of 90s nostalgia and comic horror, making him a crucial figure for those collecting the dark side of the Marvel universe.
Why collect it
The Marvel Zombies line is an essential pillar for Funko enthusiasts, a series that turns classic iconography into a tribute to pure terror. The Funko POP! #321 is more than a display piece; it is a piece of collecting history: owning this Gambit means holding an edition that celebrates the fusion of the character's charisma and the horrific aesthetic of decomposition. It is the perfect choice for anyone seeking to complete their collection with figures that tell an alternate, dark, and fascinating story, ensuring an immediate visual impact and an acquisition value that grows over time.
