ScalaScala1/12The legendary rhythm section of The Muppets comes to life in this exclusive 2‑Pack set from Diamond Select Toys, turning Floyd Pepper and Janice into two visually striking collectibles. An iconic duo that captures the essence of the stage and rock energy, ready to become the focal point of any display dedicated to the most beloved TV and film characters.
The character
The specific role of Floyd Pepper and Janice in the narrative of The Muppets lies in their function as catalysts of '70s counterculture, embodying the relaxed soul spirit of Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem. Floyd, with his beatnik roots and distinctive sarcastic attitude, and Janice, flower‑child icon on solo guitar, are not mere background musicians, but essential pillars who, together with Jim Henson, defined that era's rock aesthetic. Their first appearance in 1975, in the historic sketch Sex and Violence, marked the start of a decade‑long comedic chemistry that made them inseparable in fans' memories. This duo dynamic, based on decades of shared history and authentic musical vibrations, turns these characters from simple action figures into essential narrative elements for those seeking to faithfully recreate the original TV atmosphere of the band.
